Oyama Karate Organization Grants Its Second Official Coach Accreditation , Expanding its Presence in Holy Karbala ................................... Baghdad, Iraq In a significant step towards expanding its reach and activating its activities in the governorates, the Oyama Karate Organization has announced the official accreditation of its second coach under the organizations regulations, Mr. Dhurgham Ali Abdul Amir Al-Masoudi, Head of the Karbala Activities Department. The accreditation signing ceremony took place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in Baghdad, where Mr. Al-Masoudi received his full accreditation file, in addition to his other administrative duties. The file was handed over by Mr. Riyad Aref Abdul Amir, Head of the Baghdad Activities Department, on behalf of the Organization's Financial and Administrative Department. This file is a culmination of the organization's efforts to implement its internal regulations, as approved by the General Assembly, with the aim of building a qualified technical and administrative staff. The accreditation file included a set of important powers and authorizations, including: * Authorizing Mr. Al-Masoudi to hold training courses for the art of "Shin Kyokushinkai Karate" in the Holy Karbala Governorate, specifically in the Husseiniya Al-Ataishi district. * The official establishment of a new administrative division named the "Al-Ataishi Activities Branch," with his appointment as its head in addition to his current duties. * The official accreditation of the "Royal Lineage Dojo" logo, and the handover of the organization's approved visual identity board in both small-certified and large-scale versions, along with the Dojo's official logbook. To enhance the official backing of this step, the file included certified copies of the organization's registration certificates with the NGOs Directorate and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the primary sponsor of youth and sports in Iraq. It is worth noting that this is the second official coach accreditation file issued by the Oyama Karate Organization, which underscores the organization's commitment to applying the highest administrative and technical standards in its expansion efforts and supporting its qualified cadres to serve the sport of karate in Iraq.
