وسط منافسات شرسة بمشاركة أكثر من 300 رياضي، "الحمداني" تثبت كفاءة المقاتل العراقي في تحديات اللياقة البدنية (فتنس جالنج).
شهدت العاصمة بغداد (منطقة زيونة)، يوم أمس الجمعة 22 أيار 2026، انطلاق منافسات النسخة الثانية من
بطولة العراق لتحدي اللياقة البدنية (فتنس جالنج)،
والتي نظمها بنجاح الاتحاد العراقي لبناء الأجسام واللياقة البدنية.وفي هذا المحفل الرياضي الكبير الذي اتسم بأعلى مستويات الإثارة والندية،
سجلت بطلة العراق لفئة السيدات في الشن كيوكوشنكاي،
الكابتن هبة أحمد لفتة الحمداني، حضوراً استثنائياً يضاف إلى سجل إنجازات أبطال وبطلات منظمة أوياما للكراتيه.

بل جاء تلبيةً لدعوة رسمية تلقتها بصفتها مدربة متميزة في "جم كربلاء"،
إلى جانب المعرفة الواسعة التي يمتلكها منظمو البطولة بهويتها الرياضية كبطلة يشار لها بالبنان في رياضة الكاراتيه .
وقد نجحت "الحمداني" في تحويل خبرتها القتالية وثباتها الذهني على البساط إلى طاقة بدنية هائلة مكنتها من مجاراة أبطال اللياقة التخصصيين
