في خطوة استراتيجية تهدف إلى الارتقاء بالمنظومة الفنية والتحكيمية إلى أعلى المستويات الدولية،
وأصداؤها تتردد في أروقة الرياضة العراقية، أصدر المقر العام لمنظمة أوياما للكراتيه،
بناءً على توجيهات الشيهان إياد الخفاجي ( رئيس فرع العراق للمنظمة العالمية WKO )
، أمراً إدارياً يقضي بالتطبيق الحرفي والكامل للوائح الدولية والأوروبية في كافة البطولات التي تنظمها المنظمة.
تأتي هذه الخطوة المباركة والمؤرخة في 25 أيار 2026،
في إطار المساعي الحثيثة لتوأمة البطولات المحلية مع الأنظمة والمعايير المعمول بها في الاتحاد الأوروبي للشن كيوكوشنكاي كاراتيه،
لا سيما في جوانب اعتماد تقسيم الفئات العمرية،
وضبط الأوزان المعتمدة في المنافسات بشقيها : القتال (الكوميتيه) والكاتا.
إلزامية التطبيق وفلترة اللجان 
وحصل المكتب الإعلامي للمنظمة على نسخة من الأمر الإداري الذي حمل طابعاً إلزامياً ومباشراً،
حيث وجّه برفع الجاهزية القصوى وتكليف كافة اللجان بتطبيق هذه اللوائح دون استثناء :
اللجان الفنية والتحكيمية : ملزمة بالتطبيق الدقيق للمعايير الأوروبية لضمان نزاهة وقوة المنافسة.
أقسام النشاطات كافة : موجهة بتهيئة اللاعبين والدوجوهات وفق الأنظمة الجديدة .
المحطة الأولى : بطولة العراق الـ 19 في آب المقبل 
وأكد الأمر الإداري أن التطبيق الفعلي والعلني لهذه اللوائح سيبدأ من النسخة المرتقبة
لـ (بطولة العراق التاسعة عشرة للشن كيوكوشنكاي كاراتيه)، والمزمع إقامتها في مطلع شهر آب المقبل،
لتكون هذه البطولة نقطة التحول التاريخية في مسيرة اللعبة داخلياً.
وقد أُرفقت مع التوجيهات الرسمية قوائم تفصيلية وجداول توضيحية تضمنت :
تصنيفات الفئات العمرية المختلفة والأوزان المقابلة لها بدقة.
الكاتا المحددة والمرتبطة بكل فئة ومنافسة لضمان توحيد الأداء الفني.
تثبت منظمة أوياما للكراتيه مجدداً أنها لا تنظم بطولات محلية فحسب،
بل تبني جسراً حقيقياً يعبر بأبطال العراق مباشرة نحو منصات التتويج العالمية برؤية احترافية تسبق الزمن.

Toward Global Standards: "Oyama Karate" Officially Adopts European Regulations Starting from the 19th Iraq Championship

In a strategic move aimed at elevating the technical and refereeing systems to the highest international standards—echoing across the Iraqi sports community—the Headquarters of the Oyama Karate Organization, following the directives of Shihan Iyad Al-Khafaji (Branch Chief of the World Karate Organization - WKO in Iraq), has issued an administrative order mandating the literal and full implementation of international and European regulations in all tournaments organized by the organization.
This significant step, dated May 25, 2026, comes as part of ongoing efforts to twin local tournaments with the systems and standards applied by the European Shin Kyokushinkai Karate Organization. This specifically covers the adoption of age divisions and the regulation of approved weights in both competition formats: Fighting (Kumite) and Kata.
Mandatory Implementation and Committee AlignmentThe organization's Media Office obtained a copy of the administrative order, which carries an immediate and mandatory directive, ordering maximum readiness and tasking all committees to implement these regulations without exception:
Technical and Refereeing Committees: Obligated to strictly apply European standards to ensure the absolute integrity and competitiveness of the bouts.
All Activities Departments: Directed to prepare fighters and dojos in full alignment with the newly adopted systems.
First Stop: The 19th Iraq Championship This Coming AugustThe administrative order confirmed that the actual and public application of these regulations will commence with the upcoming edition of the 19th Iraq Shin Kyokushinkai Karate Championship, scheduled to be held in early August. This tournament will mark a historic turning point in the domestic progress of the sport.
Detailed lists and explanatory tables were attached to the official directives, including:
Accurate classifications of the various age groups and their corresponding weights.
The specific Kata assigned to each category and competition to ensure the standardization of technical performance.
The Oyama Karate Organization proves once again that it does not merely organize local tournaments, but rather builds a true bridge carrying Iraq's champions directly toward global coronation platforms with a professional, forward-looking vision.
