في لفتة كريمة تعكس التقدير للدور المجتمعي للرياضة، زار عضو مجلس النواب العراقي السابق، الأستاذ الدكتور في القانون حسن محمد كاظم المسعودي، الفرع الثالث الجديد لمنظمة أوياما للكراتيه في محافظة كربلاء الحسينية – منطقة البو غانم.  وقد عبّر الدكتور المسعودي خلال زيارته عن إعجابه الشديد بالجهود التي تبذلها المنظمة في احتواء الطاقات الشابة وتنمية قدراتهم الرياضية، مؤكداً على أهمية دور الرياضة في بناء مجتمع سليم ومتماسك.
وقد كان في استقبال الدكتور المسعودي لدى وصوله الفرع الجديد، الكادر التدريبي المتميز للمركز، وعلى رأسهم المدربان القديران الأستاذ حسين جواد والأستاذ مكي علي. وقد أجرى الدكتور المسعودي لقاءً ودياً مع الكادر التدريبي والمتدربين، استمع خلاله إلى شرح مفصل عن البرامج التدريبية والأنشطة التي يقدمها المركز، وأشاد بالمستوى المتميز للمتدربين وحماسهم للعبة الكراتيه.
وقد أبدى الدكتور حسن المسعودي عن سعادته البالغة بهذه الخطوة النوعية التي تخطوها منظمة أوياما للكراتيه في كربلاء، مؤكداً على أهمية توسيع قاعدة ممارسة الرياضة بين الشباب.  وقد قام الدكتور المسعودي بتقديم باقة ورد معبرة إلى المشرفين على المركز التدريبي، تقديراً لجهودهم وتفانيهم في خدمة الرياضة والشباب.  كما أكد للمشرفين أن أبواب مكتبه ستكون مفتوحة دائماً لأعضاء منظمة أوياما للكراتيه، معرباً عن استعداده لتقديم أي خدمة يحتاجونها وفي أي وقت. وبارك الدكتور المسعودي جهود المنظمة المستمرة في احتضان الطاقات الشابة وتعزيز دورهم الإيجابي في بناء المجتمع، متمنياً لهم المزيد من التوفيق والتطور والازدهار.
من جانبه، عبّر السيد ضرغام علي عبد الأمير، مدير قسم نشاطات كربلاء في منظمة أوياما للكراتيه، عن عميق شكره وتقديره للدكتور حسن المسعودي على هذه الزيارة الكريمة والالتفاتة الطيبة. واعتبر السيد ضرغام أن هذه الزيارة "تمثل حافزاً كبيراً لأعضاء المنظمة لبذل أقصى مالديهم في خدمة المجتمع، وتشجع المتدربين والمستفيدين من تقديم أفضل ما لديهم من إمكانيات."
جدير بالذكر أن البروفيسور القانوني الدكتور حسن محمد كاظم المسعودي هو شخصية أكاديمية وقانونية بارزة، تقلد مناصب رفيعة عديدة في الدولة، منها:
 * مستشار الأمانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء.
 * مفتش عام وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.
 * عميد كلية القانون – جامعة كربلاء. 
* بالإضافة إلى عضويته السابقة في مجلس النواب العراقي.
تؤكد هذه الزيارة الكريمة من قبل الدكتور حسن المسعودي على المكانة المرموقة التي باتت تحتلها منظمة أوياما للكراتيه في المجتمع، والدور الفاعل الذي تضطلع به في رعاية الشباب وتنمية المجتمع.  وتعكس هذه اللفتة الطيبة أيضاً مدى التقدير الذي يحظى به القائمون على المنظمة وأنشطتها من قبل الشخصيات القيادية والمؤثرة في محافظة كربلاء، مما يدفع المنظمة نحو المزيد من العطاء والتميز في خدمة المجتمع والرياضة.

.Kind Gesture Reflects Appreciation for Sport's Community RoleIn a gracious gesture reflecting appreciation for the community role of sports, former member of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Professor Dr. Hassan Muhammad Kadhem Al-Masoudi, visited the new third branch of the Oyama Karate Organization in Karbala Governorate, Al-Husseiniya – Al-Bu Ghanem area. During his visit, Dr. Al-Masoudi expressed his deep admiration for the organization's efforts in embracing young talents and developing their athletic abilities, emphasizing the importance of sports in building a healthy and cohesive society.Upon his arrival at the new branch, Dr. Al-Masoudi was received by the distinguished training staff of the center, headed by the esteemed coaches, الاستاذ Hussein Jawad and الاستاذ Maki Ali. Dr. Al-Masoudi held a cordial meeting with the training staff and trainees, during which he listened to a detailed explanation of the training programs and activities offered by the center. He praised the outstanding level of the trainees and their enthusiasm for karate.Dr. Hassan Al-Masoudi expressed his profound happiness with this qualitative step taken by the Oyama Karate Organization in Karbala, emphasizing the importance of expanding the base of sports practice among young people. Dr. Al-Masoudi presented a meaningful bouquet of flowers to the supervisors of the training center, in appreciation of their efforts and dedication in serving sports and youth. He also affirmed to the supervisors that the doors of his office would always be open to members of the Oyama Karate Organization, expressing his readiness to provide any service they might need, at any time. Dr. Al-Masoudi commended the organization's continuous efforts in embracing young talents and enhancing their positive role in building society, wishing them further success, development, and prosperity.From his side, Mr. Durgam Ali Abdul Amir, Director of the Karbala Activities Department at the Oyama Karate Organization, expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Hassan Al-Masoudi for this generous visit and kind gesture. Mr. Durgam considered that this visit "represents a great incentive for members of the organization to exert their utmost in serving the community, and encourages trainees and beneficiaries to offer the best of their capabilities."It is worth mentioning that the legal professor, Dr. Hassan Muhammad Kadhem Al-Masoudi, is a prominent academic and legal figure who has held many high-ranking positions in the state, including: * Advisor to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. * Inspector General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. * Dean of the College of Law - University of Karbala. * In addition to his previous membership in the Iraqi Council of Representatives.Positive and Impactful Conclusion:This gracious visit by Dr. Hassan Al-Masoudi affirms the prestigious position that the Oyama Karate Organization has come to occupy in society, and the active role it plays in nurturing youth and developing the community.
