Karbala Deputy Governor Affirms Support for Governorate's Youth in Meeting with Al Hatimi Delegation and Oiyama Karate Organization .................... Holy Karbala : In a step reflecting official interest in the youth and sports sector, His Excellency Mr. Luqman Al-Maliki, Deputy Governor of Holy Karbala, on Sunday, April 18, 2025, received a distinguished delegation from the Al Hatimi family. The delegation was headed by Mr. Abu Liwaa Al Hatimi Haitham Ali Abdul Amir Al Masoudi, and included Mr. Dhergham Ali Abdul Amir Al Masoudi, Head of the Karbala Activities Section in the Oyama Karate Organization (ShinKyokushinkai). The meeting addressed various societal issues before specifically highlighting matters concerning the youth and sports segment in Karbala Governorate. The Deputy Governor listened attentively to the challenges and obstacles facing the work of the Karbala Activities Section of the Oiyama Karate Organization, as presented by Mr. Dhergham Al Masoudi during the discussion. A fruitful dialogue also took place during the meeting between His Excellency the Deputy Governor and the esteemed members of the Al Hatimi delegation regarding ways to enhance joint cooperation to serve the local community. For his part, Mr. Luqman Al-Maliki affirmed his support and keen interest in this pivotal segment of Karbala society, emphasizing the necessity of overcoming all difficulties that may impede the development of youth capabilities and the refinement of their athletic and societal skills. His Excellency indicated that the doors of his office would remain open to build direct bridges of communication with the Karbala Activities Section, expressing his readiness to provide moral support and facilitate the organization's tasks in a way that contributes to developing its activities and services for the youth. At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Dhergham Al Masoudi expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Deputy Governor of Karbala for the warm reception and effective listening to the section's problems hindering its work development. On this occasion, Mr. Dhergham presented a bouquet of roses to His Excellency Mr. Al-Maliki, the Deputy Governor, on behalf of the Karbala Activities Section of the Oyama Karate Organization (Shin Kyokushinkai), as an expression of gratitude for the hospitality and interest shown by His Excellency.
