منظمة أوياما للكراتيه تُخرّج نخبة من الحكام في دورة تحكيم أساسية لرياضة شن كيوكوشنكاي كاراتيه

في خطوة رائدة نحو تطوير رياضة شن كيوكوشنكاي في العراق، اختتمت منظمة أوياما للكراتيه بنجاح
فعاليات "دورة التحكيم الأساسية" التي استضافتها العاصمة بغداد، في رحاب مدينة الكاظمية المقدسة،
يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 18 شباط 2025.  الدورة، التي أقيمت في أكاديمية النور للفنون القتالية
بخان فرمان، مثلت نقطة تحول مهمة في مسيرة صقل الكفاءات التحكيمية، وتعزيز الوعي بقوانين اللعبة.

الدورة، التي امتدت على مدار ثلاثة أسابيع، بواقع ثلاث ساعات أسبوعياً، أشرف على تنظيمها المتقن
"قسم نشاطات بغداد" في منظمة أوياما، بقيادة رئيس القسم السيد رياض عارف الفتال. وقد تولى مهمة
المحاضر المتطوع في الدورة الخبير الأستاذ مصطفى صباح معروف الكبيسي،
الذي أثرى المتدربين بمعرفته وخبرته الواسعة في مجال التحكيم.  كما ساهم في الإشراف والتنظيم 
السيد نور عباس كريم والسيد كرار حسن جميل، تحت الإشراف العام لرئيس منظمة أوياما للكراتيه،
السيد إياد الخفاجي. شهدت الدورة مشاركة فاعلة من 12 متدرباً من حملة الأحزمة الملونة المختلفة،
يتقدمهم نخبة من الأسماء الواعدة في عالم شن كيوكوشنكاي، وهم: نور عباس كريم، كرار حسن جميل،
عبد الله عبد الأمير محمد، علي أحمد السيد، محمد حيدر، سامر حسن حلو، عباس علي، مصطفى عائد،
مالك نايف مالك، موسى حسين عبد، حسين ماجد قاسم، وحيدر نزار.  كما شهدت الدورة حضوراً لافتاً
من قبل أكثر من 30 لاعباً مبتدئاً، توافدوا للاطلاع على قوانين اللعبة واكتساب المعرفة الأساسية بقواعد
المنافسات.
السيد إياد الخفاجي، رئيس منظمة أوياما للكراتيه، أكد في تصريح له على الأهمية القصوى لهذه الدورة،
مشيراً إلى أنها تمثل ركيزة أساسية لتطوير مستوى اللاعبين المتقدمين، وتعزيز قدرتهم على المشاركة
الفعالة في البطولات والمنافسات المختلفة، مع إلمام كامل بقوانين اللعبة.  كما شدد على أهمية انخراط المتميزين
من الخريجين في سلك التحكيم، لضمان إدارة النزالات بكفاءة وعدالة.وفي حوار مع محاضر الدورة،
الأستاذ مصطفى الكبيسي، أعرب عن سعادته بالإقبال الكبير من اللاعبين المبتدئين،
مؤكداً على شغفهم بالتعرف على قواعد المنافسات واستعدادهم للانخراط في مجال التحكيم مستقبلاً. 
وأضاف الكبيسي: "(ألاحظ إقبال شديد من قبل اللاعبين المبتدئين رغبة منهم للاطلاع على قواعد المنافسات
الاساسية و استعدادهم للانخراط في سلك التحكيم في البطولات المقبلة لكنهم بحاجة إلى دورات أخرى في المستقبل
مكثفة وأقدم الشكر الى إدارة منظمة اوياما للكراتيه و السيد إياد الخفاجي رئيس المنظمة لاتاحة الفرصة للجميع
و اشكر كرار حسن جميل لمساعدتي في هذه الدورة)".من جانبه، عبر السيد كرار حسن جميل،
أحد المشاركين في الدورة والمساهمين المتطوعين في التنظيم، عن الفائدة الكبيرة التي حققتها الدورة للمشاركين،
قائلاً: "(كانت الدورة مفيدة جدا للاعبين و المدربين الذين شاركوا فيها او كانوا مع الحضور استفدنا منها
في معرفة قوانين اللعبة و أساسيات اللعب في المنافسات في البطولات و اثناء النزالات
و سيكون المشاركين جاهزين للمشاركة كحكام جدد في البطولات القادمة ان شاءالله)".
بهذا الاختتام الناجح، تكون منظمة أوياما للكراتيه قد خطت خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز الكفاءات
التحكيمية في رياضة شن كيوكوشنكاي،
وتأهيل جيل جديد من الحكام القادرين على إدارة المنافسات والبطولات القادمة بكفاءة واقتدار. 
وتؤكد المنظمة استمرارها في تنظيممثل هذه الدورات النوعية، خدمةً لرياضة شن كيوكوشنكاي كاراتيه
في العراق، ودعماً للرياضيين والكوادر العاملة في هذا المجال.

Oyama Karate Organization Graduates Elite Referees in Basic Shinkyokushinkai Karate Course

Baghdad Hosts Landmark Referee Course, Elevating Shinkyokushinkai Standards in IraqIn a pioneering
stride towards advancing Shinkyokushinkai Karate in Iraq, the Oyama Karate Organization successfully
concluded the "Basic Referee Course" in Baghdad, within the sacred city of Kadhimiyah, on Tuesday,
February 18, 2025. Held at the Al-Noor Academy for Martial Arts in Khan Farman, the course marked
a significant turning point in honing refereeing expertise and fostering awareness of the game's rules.
The three-week course, conducted for three hours weekly, was meticulously organized by the
"Baghdad Activities Department" of the Oyama Organization, led by Department Head Mr. Riyadh Arif Al-Fattal. 
Esteemed expert Professor Mustafa Sabah Marouf Al-Kubaisi volunteered as the course lecturer,
enriching trainees with his extensive knowledge and experience in refereeing. Mr. Noor Abbas Karim and
Mr. Karrar Hassan Jamil also contributed to supervision and organization as volunteers, under the overall
supervision of Mr. Iyad Al-Khafaji, President of the Oyama Karate Organization.The course witnessed active
participation from 12 trainees holding various belt ranks, spearheaded by a distinguished cohort of
promising names in the world of Shinkyokushinkai, namely: Noor Abbas Karim, Karrar Hassan Jamil,
Abdullah Abdul Amir Muhammad, Ali Ahmed Al- , Muhammad Haider, Samer Hassan Helou, Abbas Ali,
Mustafa Ayed, Malek Nayef Malek, Musa Hussein Abd, Hussein Majed Qasim, and Haider Nizar. 
Furthermore, the course garnered notable attendance from over 30 novice players,
eager to learn about the game's laws and acquire fundamental knowledge of competition rules.Mr.Ayad Al-Khafaji,
President of the Oyama Karate Organization, emphasized in a statement the paramount importance of this course.
He highlighted its role as a cornerstone for developing the level of advanced players and enhancing their ability to
effectively participate in various championships and competitions, with complete understanding of the game's rules.
He also stressed the significance of integrating distinguished graduates into the refereeing ranks to
ensure efficient and fair management of matches.In an interview with the course lecturer,  Mustafa Al-Kubaisi,
he expressed his delight at the strong turnout from novice players, affirming their passion for learning
about competition rules and their readiness to engage in refereeing in the future.
Al-Kubaisi added: "(I observe a strong turnout from novice players eager to learn about the
basic competition rules and their readiness to join the refereeing ranks in upcoming championships.
However, they need further intensive courses in the future. I extend my thanks to the administration
of the Oyama Karate Organization and Mr.Ayad Al-Khafaji, the President of the Organization,
for providing the opportunity for everyone, and I thank Karrar Hassan Jamil for his assistance in this course).
"From his part, Mr. Karrar Hassan Jamil, a course participant and volunteer contributor to the organization,
conveyed the great benefit the course provided to participants, stating: "(The course was very beneficial
for the players and coaches who participated in it or were in attendance. We benefited from it in learning
the rules of the game and the basics of playing in competitions during championships and bouts. God willing,
the participants will be ready to participate as new referees in the upcoming championships, God willing).
"With this successful conclusion, the Oyama Karate Organization has taken a significant step towards
strengthening refereeing competencies in Shinkyokushinkai Karate and qualifying a new generation
of referees capable of managing upcoming competitions and championships efficiently and competently.
The organization affirms its continued commitment to organizing such quality courses,
serving Shinkyokushinkai Karate in Iraq and supporting athletes and personnel working in this field.
