محافظ كربلاء المهندس نصيف الخطابي يستقبل وفداً من قبيلة المسعود ويتسلم هدية تذكارية من منظمة أوياما للكراتيه - فرع كربلاء شن كيوكوشن

في بادرة تعكس عمق الروابط المجتمعية والتقدير المتبادل، استقبل السيد محافظ كربلاء المهندس نصيف الخطابي
المحترم يوم أمس السبت، الأول من آذار 2025، وفداً رفيع المستوى من قبيلة المسعود العريقة. 
الزيارة، التي ترأسها شيخ و زعيم قبيلة المسعود في العراق والوطن العربي، الشيخ حسن صباح السمرمد،
عكست الاهتمام الكبير الذي توليه القبيلة لدعم الفعاليات والمنظمات العاملة في خدمة المجتمع،
ومن ضمنها منظمة اوياما للكراتيه
الوفد الذي حظي باستقبال السيد المحافظ، ضم نخبة من وجهاء قبيلة المسعود وشخصياتها البارزة،
من بينهم السيد محمد المسعودي، عضو مجلس محافظة كربلاء، والأستاذ ضرغام علي عبد الأمير المسعودي،
رئيس قسم نشاطات كربلاء في منظمة أوياما للكراتيه.
هذا التنوع في التمثيل القبلي والاجتماعي يعكس الأهمية التي توليها قبيلة المسعود لهذه الزيارة ونتائجها المحتملة.
وفي لمسة تقديرية تعبر عن الامتنان والاعتزاز بالتعاون القائم، قام الأستاذ ضرغام علي عبد الأمير المسعودي
بتقديم هدية تذكارية قيمة إلى السيد محافظ كربلاء، نيابة عن فرع كربلاء شن كيوكوشن التابع لمنظمة أوياما للكراتيه
و اكاديمية النسل الملكي . الهدية التذكارية كانت نسخة رمزية من سيف الإمام علي بن أبي طالب (عليه السلام)
الشهير بـ "ذي الفقار"، السيف الذي يرمز إلى العدل والقوة والحكمة في التاريخ الإسلامي.
هذه الهدية تحمل دلالة رمزية عميقة تعبر عن قيم النزاهة والشجاعة التي تسعى
منظمة أوياما للكراتيه إلى غرسها في نفوس منتسبيها.

وقد أُرفقت الهدية التذكارية بصور تذكارية تجمع السيد المحافظ مع الأستاذ ضرغام علي عبد الأمير،
بالإضافة إلى بيتين من الشعر يعبران عن الحكمة والتقدير، وهما:
"الرأي قبل شجاعة الشجعان هو الأول وهي المحل الثاني،
فإذا هما اجتمعا لنفس حرة بلغت من العلياء كل مكان"
هذان البيتان من الشعر يعكسان الفلسفة التي تقوم عليها منظمة أوياما للكراتيه،
والتي تجمع بين قوة الجسد وحكمة العقل، وتؤكد على أهمية التفكير السليم والتخطيط المتقن قبل الإقدام على أي عمل،
وهي قيم أساسية في فنون الدفاع عن النفس وفي الحياة بشكل عام.

تعتبر هذه الزيارة خطوة إيجابية نحو تعزيز التعاون بين منظمة أوياما للكراتيه والمؤسسات والشخصيات
المؤثرة في المجتمع المحلي في كربلاء، وتعكس مدى التقدير الذي تحظى به المنظمة
ودورها في خدمة الشباب والرياضة. كما تؤكد على أهمية بناء جسور التواصل مع مختلف
شرائح المجتمع لدعم الأهداف النبيلة التي تسعى المنظمة إلى تحقيقها.

Governor of Karbala Receives Delegation from Al-Masoud Tribe and Receives
Commemorative Gift from Oyama Karate OrganizationA Visit Reflecting Community
Bonds and Mutual AppreciationIn a gesture reflecting the depth of community
ties and mutual appreciation, the esteemed Governor of Karbala received a high-level
delegation from the venerable Al-Masoud tribe yesterday, Saturday, March 1st, 2025.
The visit, led by the Sheikh and Leader of the Al-Masoud tribe in Iraq and the Arab world,
Sheikh Hassan Sabah Al-Samarmad, highlighted the great importance the tribe places
on supporting activities and organizations serving the community, including
the Oyama Karate Organization.
The delegation, warmly received by the Governor,
included a distinguished group of Al-Masoud tribe dignitaries and prominent figures,
among them Mr. Muhammad Al-Masoudi, a member of the Karbala Governorate Council,
and Mr. Durgam Ali Abdul Amir Al-Masoudi, Head of the Karbala Activities Department at
the Oyama Karate Organization   . This diverse representation, encompassing tribal and
social leaders, reflects the significance that the Al-Masoud tribe attaches to
this visit and its potential outcomes.

In a gesture of appreciation expressing gratitude and pride in the existing cooperation,
Mr. Durgam Ali Abdul Amir Al-Masoudi presented a valuable commemorative gift to
the Governor of Karbala, on behalf of the Karbala Branch of Shinkyokushin,
affiliated with the Oyama Karate Organization. The commemorative gift was
a replica of the sword of Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him), famously
known as "Zulfiqar," a sword symbolizing justice, strength, and wisdom in Islamic history.
This gift carries a deep symbolic meaning, representing the values of integrity and courage
that the Oyama Karate Organization seeks to instill in its members.

Accompanying the commemorative gift were souvenir photos of the Governor with
Mr. Durgam Ali Abdul Amir, as well as two verses of poetry expressing wisdom and
appreciation:"Opinion before the bravery of the brave is the first and it is the second
place,If they combine in a free soul, it reaches every place of the highest rank"These
two verses of poetry reflect the philosophy upon which
the Oyama Karate Organization is founded, which combines physical strength
and mental wisdom, and emphasizes the importance of sound thinking and
meticulous planning before undertaking any action -fundamental values
in martial arts and in life in general.

This visit is considered a positive step towards strengthening cooperation
between the Oyama Karate Organization and influential institutions and figures
in the local community in Karbala, and reflects the appreciation
the organization enjoys and its role in serving youth and sports.
It also underscores the importance of building bridges of communication with
various segments of society to support the noble goals that the organization seeks to achieve.
