في خطوة تعكس الاهتمام الرسمي بقطاع الشباب والرياضة
، استقبل السيد لقمان المالكي ، نائب محافظ كربلاء المقدسة
، يوم الأحد الموافق ١٨ نيسان ٢٠٢٥، وفداً كريماً من آل هتيمي
. ترأس الوفد السيد أبو لواء الهتيمي هيثم علي عبد الأمير المسعودي
، وضم السيد ضرغام علي عبد الأمير المسعودي
، رئيس قسم نشاطات كربلاء في منظمة أوياما للكراتيه (شن كيوكوشنكاي).
تناول اللقاء بحث قضايا مجتمعية متنوعة، قبل أن يُسلط الضوء على شؤون تهم
بشكل خاص شريحة الشباب والرياضة في محافظة كربلاء. استمع السيد نائب المحافظ
باهتمام إلى التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه عمل قسم نشاطات كربلاء في منظمة أوياما للكراتيه
، والتي عرضها السيد ضرغام المسعودي خلال الحديث. كما جرى خلال اللقاء
حوار مثمر بين السيد نائب المحافظ وأعضاء وفد آل هتيمي الكرام حول سبل تعزيز التعاون
المشترك لخدمة المجتمع المحلي.
من جانبه، أكد السيد لقمان المالكي على دعمه واهتمامه بهذه الشريحة المحورية
في مجتمع كربلاء، مُشدداً على ضرورة تذليل كافة الصعوبات التي قد تحدّ من تنمية قدرات الشباب
وصقل مهاراتهم الرياضية والمجتمعية. وأشار سيادته إلى أن أبواب مكتبه ستبقى
مفتوحة لمدّ جسور التواصل المباشر مع قسم نشاطات كربلاء، مُبدياً استعداده لتقديم
الدعم المعنوي وتسهيل مهام المنظمة بما يُسهم في تطوير أنشطتها وخدماتها للشباب.
وفي ختام اللقاء، أعرب السيد ضرغام المسعودي عن خالص شكره وتقديره
لنائب محافظ كربلاء على حُسن الاستقبال والاستماع الفاعل للمشاكل التي
تعيق تطور العمل. وبهذه المناسبة، قدّم السيد ضرغام باقة من الورد للسيد المالكي
نيابةً عن قسم نشاطات كربلاء في منظمة أوياما للكراتيه (شن كيوكوشنكاي)
، تعبيراً عن الامتنان للحفاوة والاهتمام الذي أُبدي من قبل سيادته.
وفي تعليق خاص، وصف السيد ضرغام اللقاء بـ "المثمر والضروري"،
مؤكداً على أن هذه الزيارة تُمثل بدايةً لمد جسور التواصل المستمر مع
مكتب نائب محافظ كربلاء، بهدف تقديم خدمة أفضل وأوسع لشباب المحافظة المقدسة

Karbala Deputy Governor Affirms Support for Governorate's Youth
in Meeting with Al Hatimi Delegation and Oiyama Karate Organization

Holy Karbala : In a step reflecting official interest in the youth
and sports sector, His Excellency Mr. Luqman Al-Maliki,
Deputy Governor of Holy Karbala, on Sunday, April 18, 2025,
received a distinguished delegation from the Al Hatimi family.
The delegation was headed by
Mr. Abu Liwaa Al Hatimi Haitham Ali Abdul Amir Al Masoudi,
and included Mr. Dhergham Ali Abdul Amir Al Masoudi,
Head of the Karbala Activities Section in the
Oyama Karate Organization (ShinKyokushinkai).
The meeting addressed various societal issues before
specifically highlighting matters concerning the youth
and sports segment in Karbala Governorate.
The Deputy Governor listened attentively to the challenges
and obstacles facing the work of the Karbala Activities
Section of the Oiyama Karate Organization, as presented
by Mr. Dhergham Al Masoudi during the discussion.
A fruitful dialogue also took place during the meeting
between His Excellency the Deputy Governor and the
esteemed members of the Al Hatimi delegation regarding
ways to enhance joint cooperation to serve the local community.
For his part, Mr. Luqman Al-Maliki affirmed his support and
keen interest in this pivotal segment of Karbala society,
emphasizing the necessity of overcoming all difficulties
that may impede the development of youth capabilities
and the refinement of their athletic and societal skills.
His Excellency indicated that the doors of his office
would remain open to build direct bridges of communication
with the Karbala Activities Section, expressing his
readiness to provide moral support and facilitate
the organization's tasks in a way that contributes to
developing its activities and services for the youth.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Dhergham Al Masoudi
expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to
the Deputy Governor of Karbala for the warm reception
and effective listening to the section's problems hindering
its work development. On this occasion, Mr. Dhergham
presented a bouquet of roses to His Excellency
Mr. Al-Maliki, the Deputy Governor, on behalf of
the Karbala Activities Section of the
Oyama Karate Organization (Shin Kyokushinkai), as an
expression of gratitude for the hospitality and
interest shown by His Excellency.
In a special comment, Mr. Dhergham described the meeting
as "fruitful and necessary," confirming that this visit
represents a beginning to build continuous bridges of
communication with the office of the Deputy Governor
of Karbala, with the aim of providing better and
broader service to the youth of the Holy Governorate.
