منظمة أوياما للكراتيه تدشن عصر التوثيق الاحترافي : الأستاذ رياض عارف عبد الأمير أول مدرب يستكمل اعتماده رسمياً

بغداد ، العراق ، 29 حزيران 2025 – في خطوة تاريخية تؤسس لمرحلة جديدة
من التنظيم والاحترافية ، شهدت منظمة أوياما للكراتيه يوم امس الأحد ، الموافق 29 حزيران 2025 ،
إتمام أول ملف اعتماد لمدرب رسمي وفقاً للضوابط الجديدة التي أقرتها الهيئة العامة
للمنظمة في اجتماعها الأخير نهاية الشهر الماضي.

كان السبّاق في هذا الإنجاز الأستاذ رياض عارف عبد الأمير ، رئيس قسم نشاطات بغداد ،
الذي تسلّم ملف اعتماده كاملاً كمدرب رسمي في المنظمة . لم يقتصر هذا الملف على اعتماد
الأستاذ رياض كمدرب فحسب ، بل شمل حزمة من الإجراءات التنظيمية الهامة
التي تعكس التزام المنظمة بالمعايير الشفافة والموثقة .

تفاصيل الإنجازات ضمن ملف الاعتماد :

 اولا - استحداث شعبة نشاطات الكاظمية : تم ، ضمن هذا الملف ، استحداث شعبة نشاطات الكاظمية ،
ليتولى الأستاذ رياض عارف عبد الأمير مهام إدارتها متطوعاً ، إضافة إلى مهامه الحالية
كرئيس لقسم نشاطات بغداد . هذا يعزز من انتشار المنظمة في مناطق جديدة .

 ثانيا - اعتماد " دوجو الزعيم " : تم تسجيل دوجو الزعيم رسمياً ضمن دوجوهات
المنظمة المعتمدة ، وتسجيل شعاره الخاص وفق الضوابط ، مما يضيف قوة لوجود المنظمة على الأرض .

ثالثا -  هوية بصرية موحدة : تسلّم الأستاذ رياض لوحة الهوية البصرية الموحدة
للدوجوهات التابعة لمنظمة أوياما للكراتيه ، وهي خطوة هامة لتوحيد الصورة المؤسسية للدوجوهات المنتسبة .

 رابعا -  توثيق رسمي شامل : تضمن ملف الاعتماد نسخاً مصدقة
طبق الأصل من الوثائق الرسمية للمنظمة ، بما في ذلك :

  أ -  شهادة تسجيل المنظمة لدى وزارة الشباب والرياضة ، خصيصاً لدعم تخويله .

   ب -  شهادة تسجيل المنظمة لدى الأمانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء ، دائرة المنظمات غير الحكومية .

   ج - نسخة من المنهاج العام للمدربين ، لضمان الالتزام بالمعايير التدريبية الموحدة .

يُعد هذا الملف نقطة تحوّل محورية في مسيرة منظمة أوياما للكراتيه ،
كونه الأول الذي يتم تسجيله في صفوف المنظمة وفقًا للضوابط الجديدة التي أقرتها الهيئة العامة ،
والتي تهدف إلى تنظيم وتوحيد سير العمل وتعزيز الشفافية والكفاءة في جميع جوانب أنشطة المنظمة.

تُقدم منظمة أوياما للكراتيه تهانيها الحارة للأستاذ رياض عارف عبد الأمير
على هذا الإنجاز ، متمنية له دوام التوفيق في مهامه الجديدة التي ستسهم

Becomes First Certified Instructor

Baghdad, Iraq, June 29, 2025 – In a historic step that marks
a new phase of organization and professionalism ,
the Oyama Karate Organization on Sunday, June 29, 2025,
completed the first official instructor certification file.
This landmark achievement aligns with the new regulations
approved by the Organization's General Assembly at its last meeting late last month.

Leading this significant milestone was Ustadh Riyadh Arif Abdul Amir,
Head of the Baghdad Activities Department, who received
his full certification as an official instructor within the Organization.
This comprehensive file wasn't limited to Ustadh Riyadh's
individual certification; it also included a package of crucial
organizational procedures reflecting the Organization's
commitment to transparent and well-documented standards.

Key Achievements within the Certification File:

 * Establishment of Al-Kadhimiya Activities Branch: As part of
this file, the Al-Kadhimiya Activities Branch was established.
Ustadh Riyadh Arif Abdul Amir will volunteer to manage this
branch, in addition to his current duties as Head of the
Baghdad Activities Department, thus expanding
the Organization's reach into new areas.

 * "Al-Za'eem Dojo" Accreditation: Al-Za'eem Dojo officially registered
as an accredited dojo within the Organization, with its
unique logo registered according to regulations.
This strengthens the Organization's presence on the ground.

 * Unified Visual Identity: Ustadh Riyadh received the unified
visual identity plaque for dojos affiliated with the
Oyama Karate Organization. This is a vital step toward
standardizing the institutional image of all affiliated dojos.

 * Comprehensive Official Documentation: The certification
file included certified true copies of the Organization's official documents, such as:

   * The Organization's registration certificate with the Ministry
of Youth and Sports, specifically to support his authorization.

   * The Organization's registration certificate with the General
Secretariat of the Council of Ministers,
Department of Non-Governmental Organizations.

   * A copy of the General Curriculum for Instructors,
ensuring adherence to unified training standards.

This file represents a pivotal turning point in the journey
of the Oyama Karate Organization. It's the first instructor
registration completed under the new regulations approved
by the General Assembly, which aim to organize and
standardize operations, fostering transparency and efficiency
across all aspects of the Organization's activities.

The Oyama Karate Organization extends its heartfelt
congratulations to Ustadh Riyadh Arif Abdul Amir on this
achievement, wishing him continued success in his new
responsibilities, which will undoubtedly contribute
to elevating the standard of Shin Kyokushinkai Karate in Iraq
